The controller of the personal data collected through the SugarLily24 website and the Casting N°24 service is:

The public SugarLily24 website does not require registration and does not directly collect personal data through its own forms.

For the operation and security of the website, hosting and CDN providers may automatically process certain technical data, for example:

• IP address;
• date and time of the request;
• user agent and technical information about the browser;
• requested URL or resource;
• technical information relating to the connection.

This data is not used by SugarLily24 for profiling or marketing activities.

Within Casting N°24, applications are collected through external forms managed via Tally.

During the application, the following may be collected:

• name or stage name;
• age;
• confirmation of the age-of-majority requirement;
• city and country;
• languages spoken;
• a short personal or couple presentation;
• any previous experience;
• interests relating to the proposed collaborations;
• availability to travel;
• any public links to social media profiles or portfolios;
• preferred contact method;
• contact details provided by the applicant;
• information on the composition of the couple, when the application is submitted as a couple;
• consents given in the form.

In the first stage of the application, no identity documents, photographs, videos or intimate or explicit content are requested.

The data is processed exclusively in order to:

• receive and assess applications for Casting N°24;
• verify compliance with the preliminary requirements of the selection;
• contact applicants considered potentially suitable;
• organise any subsequent selection stages;
• protect the security, fairness and integrity of the selection process.

The data is not used for advertising purposes or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.

Data provided through Casting N°24 is processed on the basis of the consent given by the applicant.

Since the nature of the application may, in certain circumstances, involve information relating to the personal or sexual sphere, explicit and separate consent is requested for the processing of such information exclusively for purposes connected with the selection.

The applicant may withdraw their consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.

Casting N°24 is reserved exclusively for persons who are at least 18 years old.

Anyone who declares that they are not at least 18 years old cannot proceed with the application.

Data relating to minors is not intentionally collected within the Casting.

When an application is submitted by a couple, both members are required to be adults and aware of the application.

The applicant who enters data relating to the other person declares that this person is informed and consents.

The data is processed with electronic tools and with organisational and technical measures designed to limit access to authorised persons only.

Access to applications is limited to the persons who work on the management and assessment of Casting N°24.

The data is not made public.

The Casting N°24 forms are managed through Tally, used as a technical provider for collecting applications.

Tally processes the data on behalf of Innovamind Sh.p.k. in accordance with its own Data Processing Agreement and its own security measures.

Tally and its technical providers may use the infrastructure and sub-processors necessary to provide the service.

Where processing involves international data transfers, the mechanisms provided for by applicable law are used, including, where necessary, appropriate contractual safeguards.

Applications that are not selected are kept for a maximum period of 6 months from receipt.

After this period, the data is deleted, unless the applicant has authorised further retention or legal obligations require it to be kept.

For applicants with whom a relationship or a subsequent selection stage is started, the strictly necessary data may be kept for the time required to manage the relationship and to meet any legal obligations.

Within the limits provided for by applicable law, the applicant may request:

• access to their data;
• rectification of inaccurate data;
• erasure of the data;
• restriction of processing;
• objection to processing, where applicable;
• data portability, where applicable;
• withdrawal of consent.

For Innovamind Sh.p.k., the competent authority is the Albanian personal data protection authority.

Where provided for by applicable law, the data subject may also contact the competent supervisory authority of their country of residence or establishment.
